Prices are in Euro/week/summer house and concerning maximum capacity
without spare bed, including gas, water, elecricity and endcleaning
costs.
In the off season during the heating time must be paid 10% extra
price.
Tourist tax (for adults 18-70) must be paid at arrival (appr. Euro
0,80-1,50/pers/night)
Spare bed price takes about 50-70% of the main bed.
Distances given are estimated measurements in meters in a bee-line
to the Lake Balaton. |

Booking withdraw conditions:
- between 30- 15 days before arriving date 50 % of the deposit;
- between 14- 07 days before arriving date 75 % of the deposit;
- within 6 days 100 % of the deposit.
- but at least € 25,- service cost. |

change of addresse (because of family reasons: illniss, death,
selling of the property …). In case we have to provide You a summer
house with similar conditions, cathegory and price. We inform You
